CGBEF (paid out 1st semester Freshman year)
Jean L. De Ruyter Memorial (paid out 1st semester Freshman year)
Alice Rabenhorst Memorial (paid out 1st semester Freshman year)
Bruce Krier Foundation (paid 2x's per year ONLY & when ALL recipients get their information in)
Dirkse Memorial (paid out 2nd semester Freshmen year)

Please allow time for processing & make sure your name is on all documents.

*Failure to include this information will result in a delay of processing.*

Transcript with GPA in .pdf or .jpg (i.e. first semester college grades) with school & your name
Enrollment in .pdf or .jpg (i.e. future semester college enrollment) with school & your name
Address to mail check (we do not mail to the school) CGBEF writes checks to both the recipient and the school. Please bring to your school’s registrar’s office.

*BRUCE KRIER recipients - ONE check for all scholars is cut twice per year. It is up to everyone to get their information timely, otherwise it will hold up the entire process for everyone. Please provide all items timely. CGBEF.ORG@GMAIL.COM

Allow 8-12 weeks for processing. Some scholarships come from various places, and take time to aggregate. After 12 weeks, if you have not heard from us, please forward your email again. CGBEF.ORG@GMAIL.COM

CGBEF is now writing checks to both the recipient and the school. Please bring to your school’s registrar’s office.

*BRUCE KRIER recipients - ONE check for all scholars is cut twice per year. Everyone (including those from 3+ years ago) must get their information timely, otherwise it will hold up the entire process for ALL. Please provide all items prior to each semester. CGBEF has zero control over when Bruce Krier funds their scholarships. We do everything possible to reach out to students who are missing information, but we cannot control how quickly they process.
